| McDowell, VA | May 5, 2007 | Approximately 1,000 military reenactors flood the tiny Village of McDowell in Highland County. Federals are found occupying the little hamlet at the foot of Bullpasture Mountain. The Confederate army camps nearby at the foot of the original battlefield. |

| Resaca, GA | May 18-20, 2007 | The Battle of Resaca Reenactment is hosted each year by the many volunteers of the Georgia Division Reenactors Association. The reenactment will again be held on the historic Chitwood Farm, a 650 acre section of the original battlefield. This year's event is dedicated to fellow reenactor LCPL Cody Warren who was killed in Iraq on November 10, 2006 while serving with the U.S. Marines, and to all of the men and women of our U.S. Armed Forces. |
